The process

A plan you can understand—and execute.

Good training is not the most complicated plan. It is the right amount of the right work, delivered at the right time.

  1. 01

    Assess the climber

Goals, history, schedule, facilities, recovery, movement, and performance metrics establish the starting point.

  2. 02

    Set the priorities

We identify what will move the needle now—and what can wait—so your training stays focused.

  3. 03

    Train and adapt

You receive clear sessions, coaching cues, and adjustments based on feedback and actual performance.

  4. 04

    Perform and review

We sharpen for the goal, evaluate the result, and turn what you learned into the next useful cycle.

You understand that sustainable progress comes from repeatable, high-quality work.

Common questions

Before we start.

Do I need to be an advanced climber?+

No. Coaching works best when you have a meaningful goal and are ready to train consistently. The plan scales to your current level, schedule, and facility access.

Is this only for competition climbers?+

No. Plans can target outdoor sport climbing, bouldering, a specific trip or project, general progression, or competition performance.

What equipment or gym access do I need?+

Your plan is built around what you actually have. We will account for your gym, boards, weights, hangboard access, and weekly schedule.

How is the plan adjusted?+

Your session feedback, recovery, results, and schedule changes guide updates. The plan responds to the athlete—not the other way around.

How do I purchase a training plan?+

Select your plan and submit the intake form. After submission, continue directly to secure Stripe checkout. Christian will review your intake and follow up to confirm your start date. In-person private instruction is booked separately through Sender One.
